In 2012, MWP GROUP acquired a controlling stake in Permedia and, in the years that followed, completed the buy-out of shares from minority shareholders and the delisting of the company from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. At the same time, it made extensive investments aimed at developing production capacity, increasing operational efficiency and strengthening the company's competitiveness.

Thanks to these steps, Permedia established itself as one of the three leading manufacturers of masterbatches and additives in the region. This growth culminated in 2019 with the successful sale of the company to the LERG Group.
