In October 2026, MWP GROUP, with an 11% stake, became a co-investor in the acquisition of a leading Czech software platform for the construction industry from the DEK Group, alongside its lead partner, MidEuropa, a leading private equity investor. This platform brings together ÚRS, First Information Systems and Callida, whose software and proprietary construction data are used on a daily basis by construction firms, property developers, cost estimators and public authorities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For MWP GROUP, this transaction represents a further investment in the B2B software sector.

Together with our partner MidEuropa, our aim is to build a leading software platform with regional reach," said Zuzana Wygrys, CEO of MWP GROUP.

The legal and tax aspects of the co-investment on behalf of MWP GROUP were handled by FiveSquare, specifically Damian Beaven and Aleš Zídek.
